We work with multiple insurance carriers to find the best coverage options for our clients. We are not an insurance company — we are an independent brokerage that represents you in finding the right plan.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or applying for insurance coverage. This includes but is not limited to:

• Accurate personal and family details
• Current health information as requested by carriers
• Timely premium payments to your insurance carrier
• Reviewing and understanding your selected plan's terms

All content, materials, and branding on our website and communications are the property of Family First Partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without express written permission.

Our consultation and advisory services are provided at no direct cost to you. Family First Partners is compensated through commissions paid by insurance carriers when you enroll in a plan through our services. This structure means:

• You pay the same premium whether you use an agent or not
• Our services do not add any cost to your insurance premiums
• We are committed to recommending plans based on your needs, not commission rates

Family First Partners works with various third-party insurance carriers and enrollment platforms. We are not liable for the terms, performance, coverage decisions, or claims handling of these third-party insurers. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and the insurance carrier.

You may discontinue our advisory services at any time. You are free to work with any other agent or broker at your discretion. Family First Partners may also decline to provide services at our discretion.

By opting in to receive text messages from Family First Partners, you agree to the following terms:

• Consent: By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Family First Partners.
• Message Types: Text messages may include responses to your health insurance inquiries, appointment reminders, follow-up communications, and service updates related to your coverage.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and account activity. You will not receive more messages than necessary to service your request.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.

• Consent Not Required: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Family First Partners.

Our advisory services and website content are provided “as is” and for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee specific insurance outcomes, coverage approvals, or premium amounts. Final coverage decisions are made by the insurance carriers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Family First Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services, including but not limited to denied claims, coverage gaps, or carrier-related issues.

You agree to hold harmless Family First Partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misrepresentation of personal information, failure to pay premiums, or misunderstanding of your insurance policy terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Indiana.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
